Several ranching and farming families in “The Valley” have agreed to provide BMPs information regarding their ecologically winning management processes on their farm or ranch.

Best Management Practices is a well known and a well used terminology to describe specific good management practices on farms and ranches in Western North America. BMP Benchmark sites are Ranch locations that are employing substantial ecologically winning techniques within management. Our Society has gone a step further and identified ECOLOGICAL WINNERS  which are essentially our own type of BMP and certainly with “a good for the Eco System” slant!
